PRACTICE LOCATION
Counselling sessions take place in a peaceful private room at my home in Northaw, close to Potters Bar, Enfield and Barnet.
I will provide address details once you have booked your counselling session. Parking is available on-site.
The nearest railway stations are Cuffley (approx. 2 miles) or Potters Bar (approx. 3 miles), from where you can reach Northaw by bus or taxi.
I primarily work with people face-to-face, but appreciate that time and distance will not always allow this, so I am also happy to conduct online video sessions, or a combination of both. You can choose the option that feels right for you.
AVAILABILITY & FEES
Counselling sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am – 7pm.
I work with adults aged 18+ and couples, providing counselling either as a single-session, or on a regular basis. Your counselling session can be short-term or long-term, time-limited or open-ended. It is completely up to you, and I will always be happy to help for as long as you need.
In-person or online counselling sessions are 50 minutes long.

How to pay
Please pay via bank transfer prior to your session. Bank details will be sent with your booking confirmation. Concessions are available for low-income students and trainee counsellors.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible by calling 07836 279337. Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required, otherwise the fee remains payable for that session.
